He has ropes and blindfolds mostly.  Ashe does have a few vibrators that she got from Piltover, Tryndamere thinks, but those are her’s and they are weird and wiggle in inhuman manners but she looks cute using them.  He would never think of using them on himself.

To put simply, no.  He has to be in control, blindfolded or bound or not.  If he does not know what is happening to him, he gets very mad.  If he gets uncomfortable, he will probably kill something.  Tryndamere does not want any risks.
